Director Dean Kinnaman started Stepping Stones in 1997 as a daycare center. The business has expanded its services over the years. Stepping Stones offers childcare from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Preschool is offered for children ages three to five years from 8:15 to 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday. After School Care for ages five to seven includes pickup from kindergarten. The most recent addition, The Toddler Center, for children ages 12 months to 2 1/2 years of age, opened last May. Besides the wide variety of outdoor play equipment, the center also boasts bright colorful rooms.
