color="Teal"><i>posted 11/10/05</i></font> <br>Lil Hamel, Board of County Commissioners clerk/office manager, submitted her resignation Nov. 9, 2005. During the past 15 years she has worked with six different boards including 10 different commissioners.</p> <p>In her letter she wrote, "With the passing of the Charter and its amendment, I find that I cannot continue here not knowing how my position will be affected.
