Charter passes except on Lopez

posted 11/09/05
The charter passed in 15 of the 17 precincts in San Juan County. Lopez Island was the only place the charter was defeated. The amendment to the charter - six member commission - didn't pass on Waldron, Decatur/Blakely and Lopez Islands. We have put together a chart breaking out the vote by precinct.
