Man sentenced to 13 months in prisonposted 05/10/04
The Orcas Island man was arrested in May after he sold cocaine to an undercover law enforcement officer on two separate occasions. The standard range is 12 to 20 months. Bobby Dean Black, 19, was arrested on one count of delivery of cocaine. Bail was set at $5,000. Jered Rei Yonah Fullen, 22, was arrested on two counts of delivery of cocaine. Bail was set at $20,000. Kazwell Ordwing, 33, was arrested on five counts of delivering cocaine. Bail was set at $50,000 because of his criminal record. All three of the men pleaded innocent to the charges. The charges are Class B felonies and carry a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison and/or $25,000 in fines. A 38-year-old Eastsound woman and a 24-year-old Eastsound woman are in jail after being arrested on charges of intimidating a witness. According to court records the two figured out who the informant was and drove by her house and shouted threats at her. Bail was set at $5,000 for each woman. Arraignment was set for May 17, 2004. |
