The Mayor awarded the prize for best decorated boat to this flotilla of Canadian boats. The group presented an impressive skit, complete with drama, suspense, and cannon blasts. The blasts startled Bear who sought refuge in his family's dinghy which was following the party barge.

Fortunately, another Pig-type War did not break out. Bear relaxed and rejoined the party barge and continued with his official duties.

The mayor pays his respects as "Oh, Canada" is played.
