More than 300 people gathered to drink beer and champagne, nibble on snacks and dance to the Lemon Drops. Father and Baby Time rode in on a red MG. A guest appearance by Elvis rounded out the evening. Part of the proceeds benefited the Animal Protection Society, Dollars for Scholars and the San Juan County Fair. Witsend Presents is a production group made up of over twenty local performers and technicians. It was formed by Keith Busha and Susan Williams. In 2003 they staged "Agnes of God" and created The K.WIT Radio Players, who perform live in the style of an old time radio show. Witsend Presents: is interested in a diverse performance schedule featuring local talent in plays, and musical venues. Whenever possible they wish to encourage philanthropic groups to participate with their endeavors for the benefit of our community. They encourage others with a passion for the performing arts to contact them.
