Tris Obluck from Lacey was the first across the finish line Saturday morning with a time of 31:27 and won Island Rec's 8.8K Loop Run. Lucas Franco of Friday Harbor trimmed two minutes off of his time from last year's run and was second with 32:10. Pete Tabor was third with 35:36. Madison Judkins of Friday Harbor was the first woman across the line with a time of 39:08.

Emma Brand, 9, of Friday Harbor, was the youngest competitor and Loop Run veteran Robert Warren, 73, was the oldest.
