SPECIAL MINUTES OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION ONLY
January 22, 2004
The January 22, 2004 Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2, executive session only was called by Commissioner Phalan pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (g) and RCW 42.30.140 was added to the Executive session agenda. Acting Chairman Bob Phalan called the meeting in session at 4:30 P.M. at the Eastsound Headquarters. The meeting was attended by Commissioner Clyde Duke, and Harvey Olsan (by telephone).
The Notice of Special Meeting was announced at the January 21, 2004 Meeting of the Board of Commissioners/working/planning session, where The Sounder newspaper representative was in attendance, and posted 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Acting Chairman Bob Phalan stated he anticipated the meeting would last 30-45 minutes.
At approximately 5:10 P.M. Bob Phalan announced that the executive session would continue an additional 20-30 minutes. They were joined by Chief Gary Bennett and EMS Chief Garth Eimers.
At 5:45 P.M. it was announced that the Executive Session was concluded with no decisions made or actions taken.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners originally scheduled for 2/10/04, then scheduled for 2/17/03 has been RESCHEDULED TO 2/18/04 AT 4:30P.M.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business at this time, a motion was made by Commissioner Phalan and seconded by Commissioner Duke to adjourn. The motion was voted upon and approved.
