MINUTES OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS MEETING April 17, 2003

The April 17, 2003 special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2 was called to order by Chairman John Erly at 3:00 P.M. at the Eastsound Firehall. The meeting was attended by Commissioners Olsan and Phalan for an Executive Session only for the purpose of personnel evaluation under RCW 42.30.110 (g)

The executive session was expected to last until approximately 6:00 P.M.

The executive session concluded at 5:50 P.M. Chairman Erly noted that no decisions had been made during the session.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
