Minutes of Special Commissioners Meeting
May 8, 2003
The May 8, 2003 special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2 was called to order by Chairman John Erly at 10:00 A.M. at the Eastsound Firehall. The meeting was attended by Commissioners Olsan and Phalan for an Executive Session only for the purpose of personnel evaluation under RCW
42.30.140 (g)
The executive session was expected to last approximately one half hour.
The executive session was extended at 10:50 to 11:20.
The executive session was extended until 10 minutes to 12:00.
The executive session was extended to quarter after 12:00.
The executive session concluded at 12:20 P.M.
Chairman Erly noted that no decisions had been made during the session.
Next meeting will be Wednesday, May 14th. There will be a special meeting on
June 4th at 2:00PM for the purpose of an executive session.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 12:25 P.M.
