MINUTES OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS MEETING
July 14, 2004
The June 14, 2004 Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2 was called to order by Chairman Harvey Olsan at 5:00 P.M. at the Headquarters station.
The Special meeting was attended by Commissioners Phalan and Duke and members of the Chief Search Committee including, Chief Garth Eimers, Dacia Youngren, Mark Van Maren, Tom Ritter and consultant, Stephen Garrison. The meeting, in executive session only, was held for the purpose of presentation of the Chief Search Committee Findings and Recommendations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140 (g) personnel issue. Proper notice was posted and given.
Executive Session:
The Meeting was expected to last approximate 1 hour. No decision would be made, nor action taken.
A five minute break was taken at 6:02 P.M. The executive Session resumed at 6:10 P.M. and was expected to continue until approximately 7:00 P.M. There were no decisions made or actions taken.
Adjournment:
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
