MINUTES OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS MEETING
July 22, 2004
The July 22, 2004 Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2 was called to order by Chairman Harvey Olsan at 7:30 P.M. at the Headquarters station. The Special meeting was attended by Commissioners Phalan and Duke in executive session only pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (g) personnel issue, to evaluate the qualifications of an individual for public employment. Proper notice was posted and given.
The meeting was expected to take approximately one (1) hour.
Commissioner Olsan came back to session at 8:20 P.M. to announce they would take a recess to 9:00 P.M. and then reconvene. No decisions were made.
The executive session reconvened at 9:35 P.M. There will be an executive session on July 27, 2004 at 7:30 P.M. on the topic of personnel issue, RCW 42.30.110 (g)
There were no decisions made or actions taken.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M.
