MINUTES OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS MEETING
August 6, 2004
The August 6, 2004 Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2 was called to order by Chairman Harvey Olsan at 7:30 P.M. at the Headquarters station. The Special meeting was attended by Commissioners Phalan and Duke in executive session only pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (g) personnel issue, to evaluate the qualifications of an individual for public employment. Proper notice was posted and given.
The meeting was expected to take approximately one (2) hour.
Commissioner Olsan came back to session at 9:31 P.M. to announce they would be in session approximately (1) more hour.
Commissioner Olsan came back to session at 10:30 P.M. to announce they would be in session approximately 30 minutes more.
Commissioner Olsan resumed the Special Meeting at 11:12 P.M. No decisions were made or actions taken.
The meeting adjourned at 11:13 P.M.
