MINUTES OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS MEETING
EXECUTIVE SESSION ONLY
Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i)
October 16, 2003
The October 16, 2003 Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the San Juan County FPD #2 was called to order by Chairman John Erly at 3:05PM at the Eastsound Firehall. The Special meeting in executive session only was called by Chairman Erly and attended by Commissioner Phalan, Commissioner Olsan and Chief Gary Bennett. The meeting called for a tele-conference with the Fire District attorney Rich Davis, of the law firm of Chmelik Sitkin and Davis under RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i) for the purpose of discussing potential legal action against the District. Notice was provided to the Island Sounder by and posted as required by law. The executive session was expected to last approximately 20 minutes.
The executive session was concluded at approximately 3:30PM. No decisions were made during the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 3:30 PM.
