The homes are located about off of Roche Harbor Road about six miles from the Town of Friday Harbor. They are served by a Class B water system and have a septic system serving all of the homes. The USDA Rural Development program technical assistant grants were used to help with the infrastructure.

Architect John Campbell designed the homes and also donated the sunburst above each doorway and the mantels.
