At 10 a.m. there will be a Solid Waste Update with Director of Public WorksFrank Mulcahy and Solid Waste Program Administrator Sam Gibboney. Topics to be discussed include: The Orcas Recycling Services (ORS) Agreement, Lopez Solid Waste Disposal District (LSWDD) and Skagit Interlocal Agreement (Staff report).
At 10:30 a.m., the council will hold an executive session with Frank Mulcahy to consider the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase.
The final item is a discussion at 11 a.m. of committee make-up led by Council member Patty Miller.
