The February 12 primary election for the new three-member council narrowed the field to Lovel Pratt and Bob Jarman as the candidates for Residency District 1 and Lisa Byers and Rick Hughes for Residency District 2. Hughes and Jarman are current council members.
Mark Forlenza in District 1 and Greg Ayers in District 2 were defeated.
The general election will be held April 23. Also on the ballot will be Residency District 3 candidates Jamie Stephens and Brian McClerran candidates.
