WASHINGTON — A $49,378 U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development grant will be used by the San Juan County Economic Development council to provide job skills training in supply chain management and marine technical training and certification.
"I am pleased to see these federal dollars going to work in San Juan County," U.S. Rep. Rick Larsen (WA-02)said. "This training will help workers in the San Juan Islands get the skills they need to find new jobs or advance in their current jobs."
