Today it's Argyle Avenue in Friday Harbor. The Argyle Wagon Road was built by volunteer labor in 1890 and become one of Friday Harbor’s earliest and most notable neighborhoods. This Boe Family photo is of the Driggs House.

Read what was happening a year ago in the February 28 , 1913 issue of the San Juan Islander newspaper published from 1898 to 1914. The news includes efforts to locate a state park on Orcas Island (Moran State Park) and a bill to create what we now refer to as the Capron funds.
