A 28-year-old Friday Harbor man will be arraigned at 9 a.m. Wednesday March 13 in San Juan County Superior Court on three counts of delivery of cocaine. He allegedly sold the drug out of his residence at 195 Sunshine Alley.
According to court documents, On September 26, 2012 he sold 4.5 grams and on October 2 he sold 2.3 grams to an informant. When sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant on the residence on February 15, 2013 they found 46 grams of cocaine - street value $90 per gram - and five sets of electronic scales.
The man was arrested and bail was set at $10,000.
