House Bill 1004, which would allow taxpayers to make monthly or quarterly payments on delinquent property taxes, passed the Washington state House of Representatives 98-0. The legislation was sent to the Senate Rules Committee April 2, 2013 for a second reading. The committee will decide if the legistlation reaches the Senate floor for a vote by the state senators.
