We would like to introduce you to the Ideal Protein Cellular Nutrition Plan. It was developed 25 years ago by an award winning nutrition company and Dr. Tran Tien Chanh, M.D.,PhD, a doctor specializing in nutrition, sports medicine and biology in France. Originally this was developed for French Olympic athletes to lose fat without compromising muscle as they started to prepare for competition. Ideal Protein is a 4 phase eating modification plan (or treatment) that helps stabilize the pancreas and blood sugar levels while burning fat and MAINTAINING MUSCLE and other lean tissues.

The plan targets prevention and solutions for Syndrome X, also called metabolic syndrome. You must have two of the following four symptoms to “qualify” as a Syndrome X diagnosis:

Obesity

Blood sugar issues (diabetes)

High Cholesterol or Triglycerides

High Blood Pressure

Even though you may not have two of the above symptoms, anyone who is interested in losing weight would do well to consider the program. Unlike other diets, that just lower calories and keep us eating the Standard American Diet (60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fats), Ideal Protein lowers calories but changes the ratio to: 60% PROTEIN, 20% carbs and 20% fat.

Why is this important? First, one of the problems of the Standard American Diet is the over use of refined carbohydrates which stresses the pancreas and leads to Syndrome X. Second, by giving people an adequate amount of protein while on the weight loss portion of the diet you target fat loss and not muscle loss.

Ideal Protein is very predictable in weight loss. Women lose and average of 3-5 pounds per week, while men lose an average of 4-7 pounds per week. (It's testosterone vs. estrogen).

We not only monitor weight loss but also inches lost and we track BMI weekly to ensure you are losing fat and not muscle.

In our first three weeks, with 8 people on the protocol, our dieters lost a total of 87 inches and 107 pounds. That is an average of almost 11 inches and over 13 pounds per person. Our winning dieter lost 16 ¾ inches and 20 pounds!!
