Date corrected: Comments from the public on the Solid Waste Plan will be taken beginning at 8:45 a.m. Monday, March 19 in the Legislative Building at 55 Second Street in Friday Harbor during the San Juan County Council's final review. The council's final review of the plan is scheduled to continue at approximately 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 20 and again at 1:15 p.m.
