At 6:30 p.m. May 1, 2005, there will be a MAY DAY AUCTION for Ben White at Duck Soup Inn.
This event will generate funds to help pay for Ben's medical treatment for abdominal cancer. He does not have medical insurance through his work. There will be wine, great food and artisan desserts.
This letter is a nudge to get creative and give something for a community member who is so often giving of himself.
We're hoping to have 100 items for auction. If you think you don't have anything to contribute, well, please think again!
