Children's Festival was fun for all
The 12th annual Children's Festival was held Saturday, October 13 2001 at the county Fairgrounds. Activities included the pet parade, face painting, Alleyoop Entertainment, arts and crafts. Hotdogs and a huge banana split were served.
Island Rec and numerous local businesses and civic organizations sponsor this annual free event.
