The two trees in Friday Harbor's Memorial (Circle) Park were lit up with holiday lights Friday, Dec. 1, 2000. CenturyTel and OPALCO workers restrung the lights earlier in the day. Carollers sang during the 5 p.m. tree lighting ceremony organized by the Chamber of Commerce. The lights will be on through the holiday season.
