Roche Harbor Resort turned marine retro on Aug. 29 and 30, 2000 as boats of the Classic Yacht Association rendevoused before heading to a wooden boat festival in Victoria during the Labor Day Weekend. The classics included the 103-year-old tug Wallace Foss and several exquisite cruisers.
