Larry Lee Sliger
Larry Lee Sliger, age 62, of Friday Harbor, peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 11, 2007 at Islands Convalescent Center. Larry was Past Commodore of San Juan Island Yacht Club and was a talented musician, singer and fine artist. He is survived by his wife, Mary; parents, Ken and Lee Sliger; brothers, Ken (Bonnie) Sliger, Jim Sliger and Dale (Norah) Sliger; stepdaughters, Ashley (Andrew) Menter and Libbey (Nigel) Oswald; many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Larry may be made to: San Juan Community Theatre, P.O. Box 1063, Friday Harbor, WA 98250. A remembrance will be held at San Juan Island Yacht Club on Saturday, June 16th from 1 to 3 p.m. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Rick King at Gillies Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Lynden. |
