Elliot Thomsen tossed a one-hitter in Friday Harbor’s 3-0 victory over Coupeville Saturday, April 10, and teammate Brady Ryan threw a two-hitter in a 9-2 win in the second game of the doubleheader.

Peter Shanks rapped three hits for the Wolverines, including a double. Jesse Woodruff and Sean Griffith also smacked two-baggers.

Friday Harbor erupted for eight runs in their first at-bat in the second game. Shanks cracked a double and a single and finished with five hits for the day. Andrew Westphalen also doubled for the Wolverines.

Friday Harbor is 3-1 in Northwest A League play and 8-1 overall.
