The Wolverines trailed until two minutes and half minutes when they went on a 12-4 run. Annie Bryant hit two free throws to tie the game 30-30. Megan Vynne pumped in two points and the Wolverines led for the first time. Sarah Anderson sank two free throws to put the Wolverines up 34-30. La Conner added two before Bryant sank another free throw. Anderson played every Wolverine in the final game of the season. "Everybody got their minutes," Anderson said. Sarah Anderson paced the Wolverines with 10 points and 6 rebounds. Natalie Chevalier yanked down 9 boards and contributed 5 points. Vynne had 6 points and 6 rebounds. Other Friday Harbor scorers were: Madison Judkins 4, Lizzy Herbert 3, Bryant 3, Danika Britain 2 and Pearl Schuman 2. The Wolverines finish in fourth place in the Northwest A League. "Our league record is 4-6. I can’t complain about that," Anderson said. With no seniors and only three juniors, the Wolverines will have a solid base to build on next season. "Next year looks good," Anderson said.
