Keller McNairy topped Connor Tasoff 6-0, 6-1 in No. 1 singles action. Peter Duggins defeated Jordan Lamb 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 in the No. 2 singles match. Mike Sandifer and Seiji Boku edged Jake Weaver and Brian Miller 6-2, 6-7 (2-7), 6-4 in No. 1 doubles play. Louis Paul and Zach Milkis beat Eli Berggren and Tony Sherman 6-7, 6-4, 4-6 in the No. 2 match. In No. 3 action, Jake Ronhaar and Albert Strasser defeated Jeff Boyer and Josh La Point 6-4, 6-2. Wolverine tennis team sweeps LionsFriday Harbor swept the Lynden junior varsity team in boys tennis action Sept. 11. Keller McNairy, Peter Duggins, Louis Paul and Mike Sandifer won in singles play. The Wolverines victorious doubles teams were: Jake Ronhaar-Sandifer, Pablo Lopez-Paul, Shay Byington-Seiji Boku, Kyle Schaefer-Nils Nelson and Evan Anderson-Duggins. | |
