In doubles play, Coupeville's No. 1 team of Erick Harada and Andrew LeCorre beat Friday Harbor's No. 2 squad of Elliot Thomsen and Andrew Westphalen 6-2, 6-1. In the other first-round match, Coupeville's No. 2 team of Pat Donnellon and Davide Rochin stopped Friday Harbor's Drew Allen and Zac Williams 6-1, 6-1.
