San Juan County Sheriff's Office receives Law Enforcement Accreditation Award
San Juan County Sheriff's Office recently completed a rigorous accreditation program that certifies they are operating under best practices and standards for law enforcement. This program is administered by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) and involves an eight-phase process over several months.

Undersheriff Hairston has many years of experience specifically in Law Enforcement Administration and handled accreditation at his previous agency.
