Venus Enters Pisces on Tuesday; The Planets Are Quiet

This is one of those refreshing times when the planets aren’t blabbing and arguing and causing lots of mayhem and chaos in our lives. Let’s enjoy this! While it doesn’t lend much to writing a horoscope column, it sure does feel good!

We will still have four planets in Pisces this week starting Tuesday: Venus, the Sun, Saturn and Neptune. That’s a lot of water element. Hopefully it will put out fires on the big stage.

Keep looking up, stay healthy, and…

Keep looking after each other!

Aries (March 21- April 19): This is a “bye week” for you. Nothing extreme going on in the heavens and you get to stand down a bit other than the daily to-do list. Venus enters Pisces on Tuesday, your sector of Endings/New Beginnings, so you’ll find pleasure in something new. Your Ruler Mars is in the later degrees of Aquarius (your sector of Friends/Goals), so your social life looks good and lively. It’s all good this week!

Taurus (April 20 – May 20): A quiet week in the Heavens. The planets are all grouped up in Pisces, Aries and Taurus except for Mars, who’s still in Aquarius. You finally get a break and some respite and you even get a social life this week! Your Ruler Venus enters Pisces (your sector of Friends/Goals) on Tuesday, perhaps setting you up to host a dinner and get caught up with your besties. All in all, a nice week.

Gemini (May 21-June 20): All of the planets are grouped in Pisces, Aries and Taurus now except for Mars in Aquarius, who’s giving you energy. Venus moves into Pisces on Tuesday, so the Pisces drag still has you a bit, and you feel slowed down by it in your sector of Career/Social Standing. Mars in Aquarius, however, beckons you to think about gettin’ outta Dodge and having a road trip or even a bigger trip. That might break up the feeling of humdrum you have.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22): You may feel swamped by emotion with Venus moving into Pisces on Tuesday (your sector of Travel/Expansion) and joining the Sun, Saturn and Neptune. That’s a lot of water to be playing in! Mars in Aquarius (your sector of Partnership) is still firing you up in terms of a joint project and this may be the trigger of your emotions. It may be time for you to take a relaxing break and pamper yourself.

Leo (July 23 – August 22): Mars in your opposite sign Aquarius is keeping your love life interesting now; Venus moves into Pisces (your sector of Partnership) on Tuesday and joins the Sun, Saturn and Neptune. There is a heavy weight there so if you don’t have someone to help you bear the weight, it’s time you got someone, even as proud as you are. The planets are quiet now, and you get to have some respite from the craziness of the last couple of weeks. Enjoy your den and get your hair done.

Virgo (August 23 – September 21):There’s still a lot going on in your Relationship sector…Venus enters Pisces on Tuesday and joins the Sun, Saturn and Neptune. You should be used to it by now. Mars in Aquarius is giving you energy from your sector of Work/Health, so you may be paying attention to a new health regime or renewed vigor at work. The planets are pretty quiet now, so enjoy that..

Libra (September 22 – October 23): Your Ruler Venus is moving into Pisces on Tuesday, joining the Sun, Saturn and Neptune in your sector of Work/Health This may make some things vague or unclear on those fronts, making you uncomfortable since you are about clarity. You may have to really dig to get to the bottom of things. The planets are quiet this week so it shouldn’t take too much effort for you to get what you need. Mars in Aquarius will help you out.

Scorpio (October 24- November 22): Finally, the planets are quiet! Venus moves into Pisces (your sector of Creative Expression/Children) on Tuesday and joins the Sun, Saturn and Neptune. This washes you with good feelings, peace and a sense of restfulness. Mars is still in Aquarius in your sector of Home, livening things up a bit in a good way. It’s a good week for you to get caught up, rejuvenate and recuperate.

Sagittarius (November 23 – December 20): The planets are finally quiet and you really feel it. On Tuesday, Venus moves into Pisces (your sector of Home) and joins the Sun, Saturn and Neptune. This lends your home to being a place of multitasking, not just living. Mars in Aquarius (your sector of Thinking/Communication) is still working for you, giving your brain energy to think and communicate effectively and expansively. A good week for you!

Capricorn (December 21 – January 20): The planets are finally quiet; no arguing! This soothes your soul. Venus moves into Pisces on Tuesday and joins the Sun, your Ruler Saturn and Neptune in your sector of Thinking/Communication. You may be in the depths of thought now and even exploring spirituality or metaphysics, alone or with others. Mars in Aquarius (your sector of Finances/Resources) is guarding the gate to your bank account now. It’s a good week!

Aquarius (January 21 - February 20): Finally, there is peace in the heavens! The planets are quiet and there is no arguing. Venus moves into Pisces on Tuesday, joining the Sun, Saturn and Neptune in your sector of Finances/Resources. There may be vagueness in that area, but don’t panic, Mars in your sign will help you sort it. Mercury in Aries (your sector of Thinking/Communication) gives you directness and clarity now. A good week!

Pisces (February 21 – March 20):Venus moves into your sign on Tuesday, joining the Sun, Saturn and your Ruler Neptune. The spotlight’s on you, so put on a good show! Or not…you can always just pull the blanket over your head and avoid the maddening crowd. The planets are quiet this week with no arguing, which is great! Mars in Aquarius (your sector of Endings/New Beginnings) beckons you to start something new (or continue if you already have). It’s a good week!

Who is Triana?

Triana is a professional astrologer and amateur astronomer who has had a lifelong love for the stars and planets, mythology, philosophy and science.

Due to her mother’s interest in astrology and metaphysics, Triana had access to a large library growing up and cut her teeth on Aesop’s Fables, a set of the Classics that her grandfather gave her and Greek mythology. By the time she was in the 6th grade she was playing with astrology and reading charts for her friends at school.

Upon completing her university studies in biochemistry, Triana relocated to the United Kingdom in 1988 and began to study the patterns of the stars recorded in the landscape of Great Britain in the form of stone monuments. Using survey maps and a compass, Triana made her way from the islands of Scotland down to Cornwall and made good use of British astrology books and astrological groups and congresses led by the top astrologers of the 20th century. By the time she was 35, Triana’s own style of interpreting the angles and aspects of the planets began to emerge. She began to receive serious attention in the UK for her astrological prowess and she flourished.

In 1996 Triana found success in writing weekly horoscopes through a small newspaper on Lopez Island, WA. Fairly quickly her name spread and her clientele increased, enabling her to travel to different places in Washington State to give presentations and conduct personal readings. Her clientele spanned from the UK to Canada as well as the United States. Visitors came to Lopez Island from afar as she herself became a destination in the islands.

Triana has been featured on television, radio and in newspapers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the UK.

Her weekly column can be found on sanjuanislander.com and she can be reached at triana.elan@gmail.com.
